Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition person to join our team. The ideal candidate is a true champion for top talent and will execute on all hiring goals leveraging internal and external resources. The one who is enthusiastic with a strong work ethic, and able to juggle many competing priorities. We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for their work and wants to think creatively about how they hire talent.

They will be given the autonomy to lead the full cycle hiring processes and partner closely with hiring managers to provide proactive sourcing, networking and pipelining of all future hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage and attract the best mix of resources to source top talent using social media, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources.
• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate communication and negotiations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and candidate profiles for varied technical and non-technical roles.
• Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels.
• Manage the post offer cycle, like ensuring a positive candidate experience between offer and joining, and onboarding.
