We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to own and build the hiring function from scratch. This is a founding team role for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and has successfully built high-performing teams ground-up.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who understands how to balance speed and quality in startup hiring. You will work directly with founders and leadership to design hiring strategy, build scalable processes, and attract top-tier talent.
